We came from an industry where we shared and aggregated information with other companies in the industry. What this allowed us to do was figure out the areas where we performed strongly and the areas where we performed weakly. We then strategized how to improve the weaker areas and keep the strong areas strong.
We developed a benchmarking tool here at Illuminate that allows our clients to do this exact thing - learn where they can improve compared to their peers.
