“Any of us who get the opportunity to go through treatment are pretty privileged.” Gary Fisher joins us to talk about his career in addiction treatment and building the program at Cirque Lodge. Like many, he didn’t dream of a career in residential treatment but found success quickly by connecting with individuals and families while sharing his experiences. We talked about throwing away the script and focusing on individual connection. They focus on outcomes and “Healing in nature” and believe the outdoor elements of their program are critical to patient success.
