We've got a tried-and true-process to help with pre-payment reviews. We started a process here at Illuminate to help our clients with their medical records. It's a proven process now. In fact, one of our clients ended up in a pre-payment review where the review period covered a period where our process wasn't yet implemented and part of a period after we implemented our process. The results are night and day! All medical records submitted after our process started have passed. Most of the medical records prior to us starting our process did not.
